The collective consciousness of humanity feels like a wild and stormy mind-field to me these days. The turbulence only seems to grow, and at times it can be destabilizing to my sense of equilibrium.

In these times, it is essential to work diligently to keep the flame of hope alive, to ground our light. Even as local and global events challenge our hearts, we can choose to strengthen the light within.

For me today, as I write, there’s an ache in my chest and shoulder from a rib out of place. Yet beneath that, my heart is at peace.
Whether I’m dealing with physical pain, or my heart aching for the state of the world and our country, I am still able to feel deeply into a calm place beyond the storm. What helps is knowing that I came to Earth for these times as an emissary of LOVE and UNITY consciousness. Even though you may be far away or someone I’ve never met, I know that for you as well.

Now, let’s acknowledge a powerful principle: what we focus on increases or expands. Ask yourself, How do I want to feel?
I want to feel accepting while noticing the aches in my body and heart as passing clouds drifting across a wide blue sky. And I choose to focus on the relaxation that grows as I lean into peace—safe and warm on this rain-drenched autumn afternoon, writing to you. I want to feel as though I am embodied light.
This simple practice reminds me that when we pause, breathe, and redirect our attention toward what we wish to embody, we reclaim our creative power. Even in collective turbulence, we can become centers of calm, radiating peace into the shared field of consciousness that binds us all.
This is how the world transforms—one heart, one choice at a time. Every moment we choose compassion over fear, love over despair, peace over agitation, we contribute to manifesting a more harmonious world.
So today, I invite you to carry this attunement forward. Feel what you feel. Breathe it in. And then gently shift toward the state of being you most want to live. When we do this, we become luminous anchors of LOVE and UNITY—living reminders that peace is not only possible, it’s already here, waiting to be realized.

- Breathe In – Notice how you feel right now. Embrace with acceptance whatever is present.
- Breathe In Again – Ask yourself: Is there some aspect of my current state I want more of? How do I want to feel? (example: more light embodied, alive and energized).
- Breathe Out – Focus on that state, inviting and allowing those feelings to expand within you.
Repeat this breath practice to ground your light with an instant reset as often as needed. As you do, more light, more presence, more peace ripples will ripple into the world.
