After you complete the (approx. 6 minute) recorded meditation you may enjoy giving yourself additional time in meditation to ask for specific guidance or healing and then shift into a state of deep receptivity. Allow whatever impressions arise in response to come into awareness until you feel complete. Once you complete your meditation make sure to reground. Bring awareness into body sensation all the way into your feet. Open your eyes slowly and reorient yourself to your environment.
